New Zealand

This place very much feels like a second home to me. A place I feel has allowed me to truly be free and most importantly, be myself. The expeditions I have had here are like no other, they range from spearfishing some of New Zealand’s most remote islands, to hunting deep in some of the toughest conditions in the Southern Alps. One thing these environments have in common is the ability to even the odds, and test you to your limits.

Hunting Himalayan Tahr and Red Stags in the Alps were some of my most challenging hunts to date. Not only physically, but mentally. These animals seem to work with their environment and will make you work for the shot, which definitely teaches you some life lessons on the way.

It goes exactly the same for what there is below the surface out there. New Zealand holds an incredible amount of diverse sea life: so to come up successful on your catches, you have to immerse yourself in their environment, learn their habits, and ultimately think like them.
