Shetland Islands - AKA Home

Shetland isn’t just a place that I have been on some mega expeditions in, but it’s actually where I call home, and living here is one big adventure. Shetland is an Archipelago far north of mainland Scotland, only a few hundred miles away from Norway. Due to the remote nature of this place, there is untouched wilderness all around when it comes to spearfishing. The remote islands surrounded by strong tides and clear water are teeming with life, a lot of it barely explored. I’m only scratching the surface here and there’s lots more to be discovered, but I’ve already run expeditions to the most Northern point of Shetland - making me the first person to spearfish Muckle Flugga the most Northern Island. It’s fair to say the places up here, including that one, do not disappoint.

Watch it for yourself

Life’s about sharing the experience.

Join me on one of my first big expeditions with family and friends, fishing and diving the remote waters of Shetland.

Pioneering spearfishing in the far north.

Watch the cold water action from the most Northerly point of the UK. Untamed seas, and lots of life.

Experiencing what nature throws at you.

One of the best experiences I have had in Shetland, if not the water full stop. Have a watch as I come face to face with a 6m Basking Shark.
